With teams being positioned throughout every part of the globe, it’s of the upmost importance that our team members are provided with an environment to thrive in - in and out of the office. We are committed to the well-being and continual development of those at TARI Global, and to training new recruits - in a manner where employees are appreciated, valued and given regular feedback to encourage a growth-friendly environment.

We function similarly to that of a meritocracy, where all employees are acknowledged and rewarded on the basis of their performance, effort, contribution and achievements. We expect our employees to act with integrity towards one another and exercise a high standard of business practice and workmanship. We support diversity, fairness and equal opportunities and aim to involve and consult regularly with employees as to the direction of the business.

We highly value building long term relationships with all of our customers and other stakeholders by understanding their objectives as they evolve over time and by meeting their needs. We strive to give fair value, consistent quality and reliability. We maintain the highest professional and ethical standards at all times, and encourage transparency and honest communication between customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Our suppliers, including previous relationships, were thoroughly inspected and selected based on their similarities with our ethos towards employees, quality of work life, and internal/external relationships.

Health and Safety is of the upmost priority when conducting or organising any events, or physical gatherings. We aim to achieve the highest standards of these practices, and have implemented multiple health and safety protocols for events, and 3rd party venues.

Our environmental policy has been implemented in correspondence with similar attributes to the nature of our business. We are aware of our environmental impact, and carbon footprint. We do not promote unnecessary use of electronic supplies, nor encourage any activities associated with a heavy carbon footprint. Our events follow green, carbon neutral protocols and we ensure that our selected partners follow suit at all times.

Cultural inclusion is incredibly important at TARI Global. Employees do not tolerate any behaviour associated with hate, and we are accepting of all humans, regardless of what their beliefs, sexual orientation, or political views are.

Our charitable efforts are noticed through discounts and donations of services, and we have worked with many charities. (see in portfolio). We strive to bring the most cost friendly, effective solutions to our charity partners.
